Urgent Set Up Parent Helper - This weekend

Dear Members,

We are urgently seeking a parent helper to help this weekend for set up on Saturday morning.

Our three regular helpers are not available on the weekend.

You will be require to arrive at the track no later to 7.15am to help set up the track. This includes opening up marquees, setting up events and getting the track ready for competition.

if you can help, please let the club asap via email or messaging on teamapp.

This is a mandatory requirement from Whittlesea City. If you don’t have a volunteer, the club will be allocating a family.
