Chiefs – if you cannot complete your duties this weekend, let the club know asap. You are also require to set up and pack up the event. Please arrive early to set up event and attend the cheif meeting at 8.15am.
If all our Epping LAC families – we will need to assist our chiefs at the event. All help will be greatly appreciated.
A reminder that chiefing duties need to be attended to by the parents as it’s vital to the smooth running of the comp and ensure that no child misses out of competing in that event. We are also required to pack up after the event has finished. And if they don’t know what to do, please ask. Many hands made light work for all
