WEATHER UPDATE
Hello All Families,
We are all excited and looking forward to our first day of Competition tomorrow, however we have been paying very close attention to the weather forecast and unfortunately this does not paint a pretty picture.
There is a high chance of rain and showers throughout the morning. It is very likely that we will need to either run a Wet Weather Track Program or cancel the competition entirely.
This decision will be made at around 7.00am tomorrow morning, taking into consideration the track conditions, the latest weather forecast information and safety of athletes, officials and families.
We will communicate this via the Whittlesea City Little Athletics Centre Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as via email to the Trial Athletes and Registered Members.
Note, in the event competition is cancelled, Clubs will still be available at the track to provide information to new families, handout uniforms, provide Registration Tags etc. The Clubs will be located in the Function Room until approximately 10.30am.
Fingers crossed Mother Nature looks kindly upon us.
