Sunday Weather Update

The committee has reviewed the weather forecast for tomorrow. While heavy rain is still expected, we want to allow as much time as possible for an accurate decision—Melbourne’s weather can be unpredictable!

The committee will meet at 6:45 AM and confirm a decision by 7:00 AM regarding the competition and presentations.

Competition:
Three options will be considered:
1. Proceed as normal
2. Run a modified program
3. Cancel the program

End-of-Season Presentations:
Three options will be considered:
1. Proceed as planned at 1 PM
2. Postpone to 4:00 PM
3. Reschedule to Wednesday 19th March at 6:00 PM
