Week Three of competition and we will be using program C.
Details of program C can be located in the calendar/programs tab.
All Under 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 and 17 altheles will be competing in the 200m and 300m hurdles. Please arrive no early than 7.45am as the first hurdles race will be called at 8am.
Please arrive early to complete warm up. The others events will be called at 8.30am
