Week Twelve of competition and this is a final competition prior to the Xmas and New Year break
We will be using program C and this program can be located in the calendar/programs tab.
We encourage athletes to dress up or add a touch of Christmas cheer.
We might even have a special visitor on the day (Santa).
All Under 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 and 17 altheles will be competing in the 200m and 300m hurdles.
Please arrive no early than 7.45am as the first hurdles race will be called at 8am.
Please arrive early to complete warm up. The other events will be called at 8.30am
