Week Thirteen of competition and we will be using program D.
Please note – athletes in age group under 7 boys / girls will be using the post Christmas program D.
Details of programs D can be located in the calendar/programs tab.

Please note that all athletes doing the walks, the race will commence at 8am. All other events will start at 8.30am sharp. The 300m races will be run in between the walk race.
Please arrive early to complete warm up.
