Week Seventeen of competition and we will be using program C.
Please note – athletes in age group under 7 boys / girls will be using the post Christmas program C.
Details of programs C can be located in the calendar/programs tab.
Under 13 to 17 will need to arrive no later than 7.45am as the 200m and 300m hurdles will be starting at 8am
Please arrive early to complete warm up as first events will be called at 8.30am.
