Due to the Northern Metro Region Relay Carnival held on Saturday 18th of November, our weeking competition will be on Sunday 19th November at 2pm.

Week Seven of competition and we will be using program B.
Details of program B can be located in the calendar/programs tab.

Please remember to have correct uniform (competition top, black short (no pockets) and runner and arrive 15min prior to the start of competition.
