Week Thirteen of competition and we will be using program C.
Details of program C can be located in the calendar/programs tab.

All Under 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 and 17 altheles will be competing in the 200m and 300m hurdles.
Please arrive no early than 1.45pm as the first hurdles race will be called at 2pm.

Please note that this is a Sunday competition. Please remember to have correct uniform, be sun smart and arrive 15min prior to the start of competition.
