Week Five of competition – Program C

IMPORTANT NOTICE
All athletes from Under 13’s upwards to Under 17’s that are doing their 200M Hurdles and 300M Hurdles will commence at 8.00am sharp.
Please arrive no more than 30 mins prior to start time. All other athletes will commence at 8.30am sharp.

Please remember to have correct uniform (competition top, black short (no pockets), competition tag and runner.
